The Professionals are on a Summer Quarter mission to provide University of Georgia students with better campus transportation. The problems with campus buses have been long-standing, and need to be addressed. As our presentation will divulge, one of the biggest problems with campus transit is a lack of communication between students and transit officials. An even bigger problem is that the transit officials think that everything is going smoothly due to a lack of feedback from students. The reason for the lack of feedback is that most students have no idea how to complain to campus transit. In The Professionals' quarterly project, we will prove that there is a problem in communication between students and transit authorities by implementing our own feedback mechanism in the form of a questionnaire. In addition, we will present some potentially helpful solutions.
