The Solution

The solution that the Primo-Ritas decided on was to better utilize the resources available to the attendants. The Primo-Ritas decided to eliminate the down time of Attendant Two (the idle worker) by having him pick up missed balls by following behind Attendant One. This allowed the balls to all be picked up at once so that both attendants could also wash balls together, reducing the time of the ball-picking process.
