Team BoozeCrew chose Logan's Roadhouse for out Managment 320 quality improvement project. The Athens Logan's employs 50-60 employees in their kitchen. The manager at Logan's told our team that they have a problem training all their employees properly because the managers didn't have time to give proper training. We chose to help Logan's improve its overall quality and customer satisfaction by implementing a training system of having qualified trainers and a checklist to ensure that each employee has proper training. The training checklist will assist both the head trainer, and the manager in training new employees. This system concentrates on training each employee to their top potential thus helping Logan's to keep its high profits and increase quality and effeciency.
