At the top of the front of the quiz,

write your name and seat number.

On the BACK of the quiz, at the TOP

RIGHT-HAND CORNER write your seat

number � and nothing else.

After you are done � fold the quiz

closed by folding it in half VERTICALLY.

Please turn off the calculator when

you are done with it.

Leave the quiz and calculator on top of

your own desk as you leave the room.
